We train our managers and supervisors to be great safety leaders. In addition to traditional safety metrics, their performance measures include the number of safety audits they carry out and how many ‘SafeTalks’ they deliver. 

Our site safety teams are structured and resourced effectively, while our Site Safety Managers are core members of our project leadership groups and have a powerful voice across all site activities.
