A culture of good corporate governance and assurance is fostered throughout the McConnell Dowell Group.

The Group maintains systems and procedures to ISO standards, including Quality 9001, Environmental 14001, Information Security 27001, and OH&S 45001.

The Group has a Code of Business Conduct which has been fully endorsed by the Board and applies to all Directors, Officers and employees. The Code is regularly reviewed and updated as necessary to ensure it reflects the highest standards of behaviour, professionalism and the practices necessary to maintain confidence in the Group’s integrity. Every year all employees makes a formal pledge to abide by the Code.

The Code is also designed to achieve the various standards of behaviour required by the legislation applicable in the numerous jurisdictions in which the Group operates.

The Group is also 100% modern slavery compliant and produces a Modern Slavery Statement annually.
