Members of the NZ team, including HR, project managers and quantity surveyors, saw our commitment to social enterprise in action during a site visit to Altus Enterprises based in Puhinui, Auckland. 

McConnell Dowell employees observed Altus Enterprise/Will &Able employees living their vision: a world where everyone feels valued and purposeful, regardless of their physical or intellectual challenges.  

Altus Enterprises is a non-profit organisation that exists to provide work for people with disabilities. They aim to realise potential and bring a sense of purpose and social inclusion that work provides to all employees. They provide contract services to clients, delivering high-quality results at competitive prices.

This was a great opportunity to see where these products are produced and most importantly meet people working there. We saw how Will & Able support their employees and how the work they do enables them to feel valued.

All McConnell Dowell sites in New Zealand now utilise Will & Able cleaning products. and the benefits of this are:
