Our Project Team in the Pacific held a fundraiser earlier this year to collect funds for medical suppliers for the local Kiribati hospital. High on their wish list were sutures/stitches and blood pressure monitors, which we were able to provide to the local hospital.
The team, delivering the Australian Defence wharf infrastructure upgrades across the Pacific has also held a book drive to collect books for children in the local community. The books and school suppliers were delivered to a lot of very happy kids in Tarawa.
The project involves wharf infrastructure upgrades on the Tuvalu, Tonga, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Cook Islands and Fiji.
