Earlier this month, our second cohort (pictured above) completed the McConnell Dowell Group Operational Leadership Program run for us by Melbourne Business School, in association with Melbourne University.
With three intakes over the course of the year, 24 identified leaders from all four of our business units are selected for a five day intensive on-campus course specifically designed for us, covering different aspects of leadership.
