The McConnell Dowell Group Values represent beliefs and behaviours that underpin everything we do.
McConnell Dowell Group Values are used to communicate to our people and shape the way we act.
Are values are represented by a suite of custom illustrations. Illustration is the best way to construct unique and unexpected imagery specifically related to our people and what we do.
People remember images more than words, so we created strong visuals that when linked with the represented value they make sense, meaning people are now more likely to recall the value than if it were just words on a page.
Our illustrations also add character to the McConnell Dowell Group brand as well as align and build upon our recent brand refresh.
Our values illustrations are available in a variety of formats for both print and screen.

How do we use Our Values?
Our values shape our company culture and identify, as a whole, what we really care about as a brand. They guide us on how we should behave in the workplace, with customers and when representing the brand.
Making Our Values stick
It’s important our values are communicated on a regular basis and embedded in our behaviours.
To establish a common understanding of our values, include them in screen presentations, printed materials and on posters where we work.
Don'ts
The ‘Our Values’ logo and accompanying graphics should only be used as described here. DO NOT alter, add or create your own graphics to sit alongside the ‘Our Values’ branding. This includes recolouring, redrawing and distorting the files.

The value posters are designed for display in corporate office environments as well as site offices. They should be displayed as a complete set of 5 values, along with the Hero messaging poster
Each poster features one of McConnell Dowell’s values and is designed to engage and remind our people on the importance of living and breathing our values in everything they do.

A2 (420 x 594mm): for large format display. These files have bleed and crop marks for professional printing.
A3 (297 x 420mm): for printing internally on notice boards etc. No bleed or crop required.

These are set at 1920x1080px size
Open Powerpoint and go to File>New. Click the McConnell Dowell Group option and then click the relevant Templates folder to locate them.
