Samantha has over 25 years’ experience in risk management, insurance and workplace risk of which 16 years has been in the global engineering and construction industry. Samantha has been involved with the risk assessment and transfer of risk for the MCD group since starting with the company in April 2000 in the risk/insurance area, including workplace injury management and workers compensation. In 2010 Samantha managed the successful integration of the McConnell Dowell and Aveng insurance regimes resulting in a globalised insurance program for the Aveng group. Following this Samantha was appointed as the Aveng Group Insurance Manager and is now the Executive General Manager – Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. Samantha is dedicated to achieving sustainable business results whilst ensuring that our people go home without harm every day. |
