McConnell Dowell Group Annual Review 2021 23 Regency to Pym Street In 2018, the Australian and South Australian Governments committed $354.3 million to deliver the Regency Road to Pym Street (R2P) Project, which connects the South Road Superway and Torrens Road to River Torrens Motorway, providing a continuous 47-kilometre Motorway along the NorthSouth Corridor. Located approximately five kilometres to the west of the Adelaide’s central business district, this initiative proposes a new six-lane, 1.8-kilometre non-stop Motorway, along the South Road corridor, between Regency Road and Pym Street.
