The Group has a Code of Business Conduct which has been fully endorsed by the Board and applies to all Directors, Officers and employees. The Code is regularly reviewed and updated as necessary to ensure it reflects the highest standards of behaviour, professionalism and the practices necessary to maintain confidence in the Group’s integrity.
The Code is also designed to achieve the various standards of behaviour required by the legislation applicable in the numerous jurisdictions in which the Group operates.
