Jim joined McConnell Dowell as a Project Manager over 30 years ago. During this time he has developed an impressive track record across several operational business units, and in numerous locations throughout Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East. Over the last seven years Jim has led our Australia Business Unit and achieved a turn around in culture, performance and customer trust. Throughout his career with McConnell Dowell, he has proven his ability to collaborate with customers to understand and achieve business solutions to the satisfaction of all parties.
