Prior to joining McConnell Dowell, Ashley held senior leadership positions with multi-national businesses over the past 8 years. His last position was with Lend Lease Engineering as Executive General Manager – Commercial & Risk. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Melbourne University. He brings to the role a wealth of commercial expertise that include contract conversion and negotiation; project evaluation and reporting; risk analysis and management; joint venture and consortium arrangements; change management; investigation, analysis and resolution of problem projects; financial/cost management performance and reporting; upstream and downstream procurement; and resolution of claims and disputes. |
