The Company is pleased to announce that Dutco McConnell Dowell (ME) LLC has completed more than 5.8 million man hours without an LTI for the 12 month period of January 2010 to December 2010.
Other crucial safety measures are trending positively, particularly the near miss incident reporting frequency rate and the number of HSE Observations which have improved substantially over 2009 figures. This indicates considerable improvement in personnel awareness and commitment to making the workplace safe.
To complement our statistical performance, during 2010 a number of projects also achieved significant milestones and several received safety awards or letters of appreciation from our clients.
This achievement is a credit to all our employees, their positive attitude to safety, the implementation and adherence to our systems and our close working relationship with our clients and subcontractors that has resulted in such a significant safety milestone.
